How do I book a viewing?

What do I need to apply for a property?

You can apply online through Megsan. Have your photo ID, proof of income and previous rental or character references ready, and you can complete the whole application from your phone.

What checks do you run on my application?

To keep things fair and secure, we verify your identity and review your credit and tenancy history along with your references. It's the same process for every applicant.

How do I sign my tenancy agreement?

Once your application is approved, we send your tenancy agreement digitally. You can read it in full and sign securely online, no printing or scanning needed.

How do I pay my rent?

Add your preferred payment method in your dashboard once, and pay rent in a couple of taps. You can see your payment history any time.

How do I log a maintenance request?

Open your tenant dashboard, follow the prompts, add a short description and any photos or videos, and submit. Our AI triages it instantly and dispatches a trusted tradesperson, and you can track progress 24/7.

Can I see the status of my repairs?

Yes. Every logged issue has a live status tracker in your dashboard, so you always know exactly where things are up to, no need to call or chase.

How much notice will I get before an inspection?

We'll give you at least 48 hours' written notice before a routine inspection, and inspections happen no more than once every four weeks, in line with the Residential Tenancies Act.

How does my bond work?

Your bond is lodged with Tenancy Services and you'll receive confirmation of the lodgement. At the end of your tenancy it's refunded once the property is returned in good order and any agreed costs are settled.

Where do I find my tenancy documents?

All the important documents for your tenancy are stored in your dashboard for easy access, whenever you need them.
